This location does not accept gift cards. They do not tell you this up front, they wait until you’ve ordered and go to pay. There are also no signs anywhere stating that they do not accept gift cards.
If I could rate 0 stars for the rude service we recieved. Last night, 8/16/2021 around 7:30-8pm, my fiancé and I went there to enjoy some ice cream. My fiancé asked the young lady if they had Malt because he likes it mixed in with his ice cream. She didn't know so she asked the manager on duty if they had it. The manager looked at her and said "what dumb person wants malt on their ice.cream." I was so furious when he told me this. I spoke with the manager and she denied it....read full review
I don’t know what is going on at this store but we won’t be back anytime soon. It took 30 min to get 3 ice creams. The employees didn’t know what a rocky road was. Maybe marble slab has changed the way they do things and asking for a signature ice cream with the mixins isn’t a thing anymore. I don’t know what your official mask policy is for employees but they all had them “on” but only one was wearing it correctly. I don’t care either way but it looks silly...read full review
