“I placed a mobile order earlier today & was bombarded by the Mother’s Day crowd at the time of pickup. I told the staff that I will just cancel. They took my contact info & asked me to call tomorrow. They were THAT busy.

Later that day, I came back to confirm my cancellation request. The manager, Sabrina, and her crew were so apologetic and hospitable. On the spot, they made my entire meal fresh & included a free beverage. I appreciate the efforts extended to accommodate me, as a customer. IHOP DID NOT DISAPPOINT! 😀“
