They were sold out of the cookie that I came to grab when I got there, but they made it happen and they didn’t tell me no. I appreciate that extra effort they did to make it happen, and I appreciate you guys keep up the good work!
I went in to get my cookie this morning and this sweet girl named faith took her time to help me pick a cookie. I’m a little older and I don’t get out the house much but she was patient and sweet. Best crumbl experience I’ve had. She was nice attentive and I will be back hoping that sweet girl is there. - Beth Ann

It is a really good place to try cookies, especially for people who like to try new things. The banana pudding is a favorite dessert. It is easy to order online for delivery, and the process keeps customers informed with a confirmation photo. The cookies are big with lots of selection. The shop gets super crowded on occasion, but the massive cookies always come out fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly, and the shop is spotless. However, some customers have experienced deliberately slow staff who were busy chatting instead of helping.
