We were double charged in February for an order. They have “escalated it to upper management” and we’ve still never received a refund. My husband ordered through slice and the store had no record of it even though he showed him a confirmation on his phone their policy is to double charge you and then refund. They charged four more dollars in the store then he was charged on slice and we have never seen a refund.
Will NEVER support this business again.
i purchased a 20 dollar coupon book about 2 weeks ago. I went in tonight to use my first coupon and was informed this will be the last night they are accepting coupons. That seems very devious considering the coupons don't expire until 2023. Taking my business to Brooklyn Pizza.
