Called and just wanted them to make it right for messing up my order. Picked up and got home after a 20 minute drive to find out they Gave me a thin crust instead of hand tossed. Paying nearly 20.00 for a pizza just want to get what you paid for. You call and apparently it does not even take you directly to the store and they just keep endlessly transferring for nobody in the store to answer. I'm done with your Pecan Grove location. Two of my last three orders have taken beyond an hour and a half to receive. I called the store and get the order call center and sit on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally get someone from the store the best the girl can come up with is it will be there shortly. Granted it arrive about 5 minutes later, pizza and cheese sticks were luke warm at best.

Manager Sasha was here and I called and place a order and the weekend wanted the special and I purchased a Groupon which I said on the phone and there was no problems but when I came in the manager Sasha did not honor my order and made me wait while they made me a whole another order after I already waited 20 mins and probably throw it away and her only excuse was the call center be messing up like they not the same company, so make sure you make your orders with ppl that work at the center because Sasha said they mess up all the time

Their drivers seem more than willing to block your driveway with their vehicles which can be a very frustrating thing to happen when you’re not the one who even ordered pizza. The neighbors had ordered.

The phone representative is very rude and their special aren’t accurate online. It varies on location and that’s not listed online. Sucks because their pizza is good but will not order from here ever again.

It’s too bad that Pepperonis is established in our area, because they are completely dysfunctional. No manager on a Friday night, 90-minute-late deliveries, no change of any kind, no idea of how to call in a card, crushed food, cold food. If they didn’t exist, we’d all be better off because there would be a real pizza place in Richmond. I hope they close this location or sell to a competent management company.
