The manager was not accommodating at all and left his staff hanging. We wanted strawberry cream pies, but they only had one. He said it would be 8 minutes for more pies, so we were willing to wait. I asked to have all of our food fresh since we were waiting anyway. He refused and gave us cold food anyway, even without waiting for pies. We won't be back to this location. There's much better in the area anyway.
I just want to give these five stars to Tish who was working the morning staff today. She really took care of me and provided exceptional service. People like her and the compassion they show within their customer service is what reminds me there are still great people in this world. Thank you again, Tish!!
