Whataburger has made significant improvements in recent times, noticeable through their enhanced service. The staff now greets customers as they enter, and the wait time is typically under 10 minutes, even during late-night drive-thru visits. This location is always very clean and neat, creating a pleasant atmosphere for diners. The iconic Whataburger burger remains unbeatable, although there have been some concerns about employee safety during late-night outdoor ordering. Manager Ramona has received praise for being incredibly friendly and supportive, ensuring that food orders are correct and delivered quickly. However, there have been mixed reviews regarding service speed, with some customers experiencing longer wait times. Additionally, there was a complaint about the thin shake straw, which caused discomfort. Overall, the food and staff quality are strong points, making it a popular spot for many.
