“Everytime I travel from Houston I always stop at Arbys in Waller and eat. Always fresh hot food and good service. Been eating there since 2014 on my way home from Houston. I live in West Texas and wouldnt eat at Arbys if you held a gun to my head!! But the one in Waller Tx has always been great. No complaints...“

“Today 6/12/26 I ordered a burger at just before 11am. Looks like others were late and put a couple of staff members in a tough spot. To the young lady who brought out my burger and was obviously flustered—10/10 on doing your best. I hope you and the owner see this and they make it right for you. You are what gives me hope that people still give a darn and want to do a good job. Don’t let the jerks soil that work ethic!“

“To be honest, this location can be hit or miss, but today they were absolutely rocking it. I placed a mobile order, and they had it ready faster than the estimated time. My sandwich was made perfectly: nothing missing, nothing skimped, nothing overdone.
The young lady who handed me my order was so pleasant, kind, and genuinely smiling. I picked up my order today (3/24) around 12:40, and the crew working at that time deserves a huge pat on the back. Great job today!“
