I thought it was a fluke but went and got another and it was like that also and as someone who eats Wendy's all over I knew something was different immediately my wife also. No complaints it was delicious please keep that beef supplier here!“

The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“I have enjoyed their chicken on multiple visits. I have not had a problem with the food, only the atmosphere and ordering process. There is limit customer interaction due to the kiosk, which would be fine if someone could give you your cups while waiting for the food. The worst is the atmosphere, it's like they are trying to freeze customers out of the building. I have been in the restaurant twice and both times almost too cold to stand in there to wait for food. They have to be losing money on the a/c bill too.“

“I was traveling with my family back home to Florida and stopped for some food. The dining room doors were locked and I wasn’t able to go through the drive thru because we were in an RV. The manager saw us, opened the lobby doors and let us in to order! The employees were incredibly nice and the food was amazing!“

“My husband and I came for early dinner and the staff were super friendly! They were bringing fresh food out to the buffet consistently.

Our only gripe is that the macaroni wasn’t very cheesy/saucy (a little more on the liquid side).

Other than that, we had a good meal and would definitely come back in the future.“

At 12:10 AM on 12/21/25 I order 4 Doritos Tacos and my Husband ordered a Grilled Cheese Steak burrito. It was only one sweet girl working… THAT FOOD WAS SO FRESH AND HOT, it brought me nostalgia over when the Doritos Tacos first came out; Fresh, Hot, and Crunchy. “I have to drive weekly to Houston from San Antonio for a medical appointment. I have programmed the Subway on HWY 36 S, in Sealy, as a stop on the return from my appts. The produce is always fresh , the staff are polite and efficient, and the facility is always clean.“
