“I waited 15 minutes for my food. when i ordered ahead on the app. then when I finally get it, my burgers were cold and drinks watery. They said they would remake my food took another 20 minutes i finally get it and this is how my burger looked. 😡like they just dumped a whole jar of mustard on it. Complain to the manager and he just made excuses for it.“

“Im a trucker and after reading the reviews I was honestly pissed (that i hadnt checked them before I parked) and terrified (that after a long day with zero to eat I was about to pay out the nose for basically dog food). I dont know if I got lucky or if the other reviews are from angry people with no hobbies but I went in, immediately ordered on the kiosk (because life is too short to care about that imo), waited a dew minutes and got my order, which was perfectly portioned, correct, and the same price I have paid at every other taco bell. I always order the same thing so Im quite sure about this. I had a pleasant experience and im currently eating my food now. :)“

A nice young man finally helped me out, after several minutes of not being served. He was just clocking in.“

“I think this place is very underrated in my humble opinion. People are always friendly here. Food is good, and let’s not forget to mention the kid play area in AC while Parents can relax while monitoring their kids. This place delivers… especially considering how great prices are. You get food and family entertainment… what more could you want?? Haha.

Also, today I saw the staff working so hard wiping off tables immediately after people left, making room for more people on a busy school holiday. Yes, tons of parents took their kids to eat and play

“I love Subway... Seems that there is always one nearby, and you get a great "bang for your buck"! This location is nice and quiet every time I visit. Staff is very friendly. Facilities more than acceptable. Food is always great (except the footlong pretzel - and it's not a local issue).

“Usually we have a great time here. Service good. Food good. Overall wonderful experience. Well today we were sat at the window waiting for close to 10 minutes as the woman who was suppose to be working the window was laughing and talking and never even LOOKED our way. All because she knew it was a pickup order. Doesn't mean we shouldn't be at least looked at and greeted. And when we finally got our food. We got not even a work. All uhhuh and almost shock that we were asking her to make us a sweet tea.. teach her customer service please“

“We were out of town- heading bk from Brenham. So we stopped into a small Subway attached to a gas station. The restaurant was clean. The service was friendly and quick. Only complaint.. the cookies I bought were stale/old. They should have thrown those out with the 4th of July. Ijs!“

“The food itself is pretty good. It’s a hit or miss on service/order accuracy depending on who is working and how attentive they are. Last 2 visits the ladies were on point, but this evening the guy working forgot our sauces and straws so I had to go back and then when we got home realized we didn’t get any Mac & Cheese. I’ll keep coming back though.“
