I've been to this location a handful of times and every single time it has taken way too long. I've come through the drive-thru at different times during the afternoon and early evening and they always take forever, even when there is no line. The window for blaming this on them being new has long closed. At this point it seems like an organization issue. Food has been good every time, and the employees have all been friendly. Something's got to give though.
This location always seems to skimp on the sides. The staff says my pleasure but they also sometimes seem to have an attitude. And the wait is horrendous almost everytime I have been which is upwards of 15 times since they opened.
