Based on the reviews, Chick-fil-A has very friendly staff who are always smiling and work hard, even wiping off tables immediately after people leave. The food is good, and the sandwiches are great, with nice prices. The restaurant has a kid play area in AC where parents can relax while monitoring their kids, making it a safe and welcoming space. However, there are some issues. The mobile thru does not speed anything up because customers still have to merge in line with the drive thru. Orders are sometimes prepared wrong, with sandwiches fixed incorrectly, and one order was given to someone in the drive thru. If a customer wants to add a drink, they have to drive back around and get in line again. Despite these problems, the line moves quickly, and the food is good.
