“My rating is for the fairly good snowcones and the variety of Bluebell ice cream flavors offered. I'd been going there a lot since we enjoy the snowcones and ice cream. But the kids, especially one Hispanic female worker, in particular, started being very rude. She is the main reason I don't like going here anymore. I tried to get her to stop and explain that I wasn't complaining, but she kept being insistent. Then, she makes a derogatory comment about me to one of the other boys, and they both laugh. And now that's the case every time I visit here, just unprofessional and unbecoming of a popular little spot in our little town. Other than that, this is not a bad place at all. They have tons of other selling items that are cute to window shop for.“

“This place was amazing. The salads are to die for. I loved the honey Dijon dressing. Everything looked great and the kids loved it.“
“I got some peanut butter and bacon dog biscuits and Ollie absolutely loved them! 🐶 I love that everything is made from scratch so you know exactly what you’re feeding your pet! The chocolate orange cheesecake for me was delicious too! I would highly recommend for both yourself and your pet! Thank you 😊“

“I waited 15 minutes for my food. when i ordered ahead on the app. then when I finally get it, my burgers were cold and drinks watery. They said they would remake my food took another 20 minutes i finally get it and this is how my burger looked. 😡like they just dumped a whole jar of mustard on it. Complain to the manager and he just made excuses for it.“

“Workers need to greet customers .
I got the feeling they dont greet people, because then they would have to service the customer.
A nice young man finally helped me out, after several minutes of not being served. He was just clocking in.“

“Such a fun family day trip from Houston!
We drove about 1.5 hours to Brenham mainly for the Blue Bell experience, and it was definitely worth the drive. The visitor center is beautiful and very family-friendly, with exhibits about Blue Bell’s history, vintage ice cream equipment, and a viewing area where you can see part of the production process.
The highlight, of course, is the ice cream. When we visited, it was only $1 per serving, and the portions were surprisingly generous. We tried several flavors, including Mango, Birthday Cake, Homemade Vanilla, Salted Caramel Brownie, a no-sugar-added option, and Triple Chocolate.
Birthday Cake was our daughter’s favorite. I really liked the Salted Caramel Brownie—the sweet and salty combination worked surprisingly well. The no-sugar-added flavor was also much richer and creamier than I expected.
There’s also a gift shop with Blue Bell T-shirts, cups, and other souvenirs.
The only downside is the drive from Houston. It’s a little far if you’re coming just for ice cream, but combined with exploring Brenham, it makes for a really nice family day trip.
Definitely worth visiting at least once, especially if you love ice cream.“
