My 1/2 lb roast beef was awesome! Service was great and fast!
It was ok
It is the average fast food and I happen to like Arby's. It is attached to a Love's Truck Stop so a little difficult to navigate the parking area/drive through. The reason I'm leaving a review however, is the exceptional service I received from Nay in the drive-through. She was courteous, communicated extremely well, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The service industry is not a fun job but she was doing it very well.

Despite occasional issues with food temperature, the staff is willing to make things right and ensure customer satisfaction. Recent visits have shown that the food is often hot and fresh, with quick service that surprises customers. The staff, including employees like Willie and Monica, are praised for their patience and good service, making the experience enjoyable. However, some customers find the parking lot difficult to navigate due to heavy traffic and blocked entrances, which can be frustrating. After a hurricane, the restaurant still delivered excellent food and great customer service, proving its resilience and dedication.
