This Arby's is in a truck stop. The restaurant is clean. Staff is friendly and the food is great. If you're traveling they have a drive thru so you can dine in or drive thru.
Would've gave all 5 stars if Mrs Vernealia would've taken care of me. I went 10/15 @ 9 and ordered 23 dollars worth of food. I let them know I wanted my food fresh and I'll wait no matter how long it took. I'm picky like that. I'm a truck driver. I drove 5 minutes to my stop to eat and my food was cold. Luckily Mrs Vernealia was there to save the day the next morning. She didn't fuss back nor did she get an attitude. She made sure I was happy and my food was delicious. Have yall tried the new Philly? It's amazing. Dipped in that savory ajus gravy. Man had my taste buds on 100. I normally cook my own food for these reasons but when I saw they had a Philly I had to give it a try.

Would not honor multiple coupons in one visit. The fine print of the coupons stated that you can't use multiple of the same coupon, so using different coupons should have been acceptable.
The manager on duty was outstanding! The service was slow, but her wonderful attitude compensated for it.
