I had never been at this Panda Express in Richmond but their customer service was unpolite and no instructions for ordering to help new people. If someone walks in try asking them if they need help especially if they're looking bewildered as where do a person orders their food and where do you pay......
I placed an order and first the employee taking my order was nice. Then I pull up to the window and asked to add one of the lemonade they offered. She only heard lemonade and closed the window without a word. I usually dont complain cause I like how the other employees ive interacted with work, but this one in particular was just plain rude. If she doesn't like customer service, she can just quit
Kylie at drive through was so sweet, hard working , and had great customer service. Also the food was good, it was fresh and was portioned great. I’ve been here a couple of times but tonight everything from the food to the great service is the reason I’m even leaving a review!
