Jack in the Box in Rosenberg

“I love Jack in the box but have had spotty service in the rosenberg/Richmond area. NOT AT THIS LOCATION!
The guy who was working the drive thru today at 5:30pm did a great job. He was attentive and didn't miss any of our items.
I will definitely be coming to this location the next time I crave Jack in the box.

“I looooove this place. The only reason I'm making a review is because my meal was wrong for the first time in abt a year of coming here and it was still amazing. Normally I get my little #3 combo and it's always fresh and too good to wait until I get home.

Today I went and got my same meal but ended up with some double patty with onions and lettuce. I HATE fast food lettuce with a passion, it tastes stale and like its been sitting or cooked previously. However, I took one look at the burger and decided why not. I annihilated the entire thing. Whoever was on the grill at the time deserves like ten times their salary. I didn't have to pick off a single thing, it was all fresh, greasy and yummy. I love my usual but I've been put on to the fact that any of the burgers are worth a try when it comes to this location.

The customer service here is crazy good, I love coming here and have never had a bad experience with the workers. The one time in a year something is wrong with my order it turns out to be phenomenal, like I can't complain. I can only preach.“
