“I had an outstanding experience at the Jack in the Box on FM 1960, and it’s all thanks to Alaura! I placed my order through the app, and by the time I arrived, my food was already prepared, warm, and ready for pickup. There was absolutely no wait.
What made the experience even better was Alaura’s exceptional customer service. She greeted me with a warm smile, had such a positive attitude, and genuinely looked happy to be at work. She even included the condiments I normally have to request without me having to ask, which showed great attention to detail and care for the customer experience.

“I stopped in a few days ago to get me some of their famous tacos. The staff was very friendly. I was served personally by a young lady named Rontavia. Always smiling. And very polite. I do doordash also and have been in this location many times. Never has a problem with staff. And the place is clean.“
“Above and beyond today. Brian was super kind we came to try the new hot ones deal. We came for the bobble head and unfortunately they ran out. What ended as loss hope turn quickly to something special. Brian had an extra bobble head from his personal purchase. Idk who needs to read this but stuff like this is what I miss about fast food the experiences and the gestures to make sure everyone gets the deal.“
