“Driving through on our way home from family vacation. We don’t have our food yet but our service and experience ordering and waiting was nothing but EXCELLENT. Barbara was friendly, courteous, made sure we got exactly what we wanted and spoke clearly and loudly enough to understand through the speaker system. You’ve got a great employee! The food could be horrible at this point and I would still give 5 stars just based off of her customer service.“
“Went to jack for quick snack there was one worker no one else there and he did amazing Cornell was attentive and very professional even though he was all by himself great service with a smile makes me happy to see a young man put so much pride In his work even when he’s the only one there.“

“Always comes to this location very convenient to our home, but today the customer service was not okay. Employees were very rude not wanting to give us sauces when they always give them to us but not today, the lady at the register was so rude, disappointed in today’s visit. Will rather drive more but get great customer service at I-10 146 location“
