MRS. TAMARA B is always a joy to see. Love her energy. Great customer service. I will not buy that drink again!!
Driving through on our way home from family vacation. We don’t have our food yet but our service and experience ordering and waiting was nothing but EXCELLENT. Barbara was friendly, courteous, made sure we got exactly what we wanted and spoke clearly and loudly enough to understand through the speaker system. You’ve got a great employee! The food could be horrible at this point and I would still give 5 stars just based off of her customer service.

Jack in the Box is a popular restaurant that has recently opened a new location in Baytown. Despite experiencing a long wait time, the overall customer experience was made much better by the attentive and helpful service of the staff, particularly Yolanda, who went above and beyond to assist the customers.
While the food quality was not consistently great, with some dishes being described as not very tasty, the staff's great customer service, such as the employee who recommended and provided extra avocado sauce for the tiny tacos, helped to enhance the dining experience. The atmosphere, however, was reported to be a bit tense due to the rude behavior of the restaurant manager towards the employees, but it is hoped that this will improve as the team becomes more established.
