“When I say I drove from Houston to Galveston then to TexasCity and stopped at the Jack In The box for a light snack and when I received my food every thing was wrong from my drink to receiving cold fries, tacos and the wrong Burger meal but I can’t Thank Alex enough for stepping in remaking the order and delivering it himself to make sure quality was right I just want to say Thank You and keep doing what your doing Alex you deserve a promotion because of your top tier customer service and excellent managerial skills he never placed blame but was very apologetic and got it remade in a timely fashion.“
