Oh man, I'm so happy to have a GOOD Jack-in-the-box near us! When we moved here 3yrs ago, we went to the one on 45 (which is less than a mile from us) and it was horrific. The employees were all stoned and we could smell them smoking inside. I don't judge but I also want my food (right). Then they asked fot exact change because they couldn't take a card and couldn't make change. It has been 3yrs since I've had Jack-in-the-Box and it made me sad. Went through drive-thru tonight and upon being given food, the guy ask me if I needed anything to which I said taco sauce and ketchup. He then ask me why I needed taco sauce, "did you order tacos?"....no, I ordered breakfast Jack's. Since when do employees question a customers request for condiments?? None of your business!!! I was so focused on his interrogation I totally forgot he didn't give me my drink. Not worth driving back for.
