I have always been extremely pleased with the staff and the services at Mainland. Should I have a problem? It’s usually an individual that’s having a bad day not the organization. I have been coming to mainland for over 30 years. And have recently moved to Florida, yet came back for my procedure.
I’ve had wonderful experience here at Mainland hospital. My family has been coming here our whole life. We’ve always been greeted with a smile and a how can we help you. When I read some of these reviews it saddened my heart. People can post whatever they want about the employees. I’ve personally seen how rude and disrespectful these people can be to staff then turn around and lie and say that the staff was rude to them.
