“Compared to the Jack-in-the box locations in katy, the employees showed enthusiasm to work & get the order right. However, we didn't find out until we got to our hotel that my husband's burger ended up being spicy & he didn't ask for that.“
“We have unfortunately had our AC out for the last 9 days, so tonight is the second night this week I have popped over for large to go orders. I just want to highlight that the staff was patient, kind, and jovial both times. Food was hot and our orders were correct despite the size. Thanks for bringing some ease to our last stressful week.
