The Hispanic manager here closed the lobby so her child could sit inside and use her phone. I tried to enter and knocked on the door, but they looked at me and intentionally ignored me. I had to use the drive-thru to place my order. I asked the manager why the lobby was closed, but she did not provide any explanation or respond to my question.
The tacos were stale, the buttery smashed burger must have been smashed into the counter and most left, on the counter; it was very small. The taco meat was consistently only located at either the front of the taco, or the back. Do the tacos not come frozen? How do you screw up a frozen taco. The owners of this establishment should lose the right to own a Jack in the Box. They are soiling Jack's good name!
I don't know what happened but the food at this location just went down 3 stars. The tacos, one of my favorite, were so disappointing. They tasted stale. It's a fast food place so I don't expect perfection, but when the food makes you not want to go back, that is not good for their business. Gonna give it a break for now.
