Tried curly fries, looked like leftovers. I also felt like we are eating at the military mess, smiling is free!Update: just saw the restaurant's reply. I noticed you guys are asking all to register any complaints only through your website as seems the only channel to act. I feel this subjective mindset, and likely a reflection of a company strategy that doesn't listen. LOVELY I’ve been hearing the service is bad but its actually good! My favourite in jack in the box is definitely the tiny tacos and butter jack. The tiny tacos have small filling but perfect for a 4 year old. The buttery jack is perfect but a strong taste of butter tho I’m cool with it. I love this fast food restaurant!

The new manager Erica was awesome today . I really hope some of the bad apples don’t run her off. Usually when I come to this location overnight. The employees are either under the influence or tell me the store is closed. Thank you for the exceptional experience tonight I’m grateful.
