Im not sure when they Changed management but over the past 3 months the night shift guys are doing great! These guys are professional and make sure your food is hot and fresh. Usually between 9pm and 3am.
I visited Jack in the Box recently and had a less than ideal experience. Unfortunately, it seems to be a gathering spot for rude and loud teenagers who have just gotten out of school. Their disrespectful behavior was quite disruptive and made it challenging to enjoy my meal in peace. I hope the management can address this issue to create a more pleasant atmosphere for all customers. Other than that when they aren't there I'm quite satisfied.

***Update, I’ve been going here for over a year and I’ve never had a problem before until now. My order was $20.73 gave the guy at the drive through $25 and only got $2 back in change and he didn’t give me my change at the cash register when I asked for it. he waited till he brought the food out to me in my car bc he had me pull up to the other side ? I’ve never seen him before he must be new, but I won’t be going back now. ?♀️
