***Update, I’ve been going here for over a year and I’ve never had a problem before until now. My order was $20.73 gave the guy at the drive through $25 and only got $2 back in change and he didn’t give me my change at the cash register when I asked for it. he waited till he brought the food out to me in my car bc he had me pull up to the other side ? I’ve never seen him before he must be new, but I won’t be going back now. ?♀️

Today is New Years Day, 2024. I ordered around 1:55am or so. From the looks of it, they are short staffed. I gave grace and didnt complain when the kind gentleman working the drive thru asked me to pull around after paying. There were 3 other cars in front of mine waiting for their food.So yes, you order, pay at the window and then drive around to the side door and the gentleman brings out the food. Not the safest thing to do at almost 2am but whatever.From what I could see, there were only two employees. There could have been more... idk.I get ALL THE WAY HOME to find out my jumbo jack with cheese had NO MEAT.How the heck does that even happen? I could see if my cheese was missing but my meat????? I have never in my life had this happen.Waiting 12 mins or so for my food and to get home and I have a doggone veggie burger.... This is beyond me.Please fix this.I called the number 5 times and of course, no answer. And I'm in for the night.

Im not sure when they Changed management but over the past 3 months the night shift guys are doing great! These guys are professional and make sure your food is hot and fresh. Usually between 9pm and 3am.
They got my order wrong, and the drinks are flat. I ordered a chicken burger, and I got beef. I didn't go back cause I had stuff to do, and my lunch break is only an hour. I was in like for at least 15 mins for them to get my order wrong.

I visited Jack in the Box recently and had a less than ideal experience. Unfortunately, it seems to be a gathering spot for rude and loud teenagers who have just gotten out of school. Their disrespectful behavior was quite disruptive and made it challenging to enjoy my meal in peace. I hope the management can address this issue to create a more pleasant atmosphere for all customers. Other than that when they aren't there I'm quite satisfied.
