If you go at night and you get this big dude better check ur order. They lazy and only half my order was correct i came back to the intercom and I waited about 4 mins and no one said anything and I went to the window and nothing. Until finally they decided to come to the window. I went on Friday 8/28 3:30am
Attention Manager! Teach your crew to acknowledge a customer standing there for about 5 full min.'s . What happened to customer service, what happened to hair nets or have the hair groomed and pulled back.
This is hands-down, the best Jack-in-the-Box ever! Jonesha,Sandra and Celina are on there game. I will call them the A-Team. Stop in and let them make your day the same way they made mine.
