This particular Jack in the Box, on Barker Cypress and West Little York, exceeded our expectations for both food quality and customer service! The staff was attentive and swift. The food quality was excellent, and the lettuce and tomatoes were both crisp and fresh respectively. My wife usually gets a chicken sandwich here but tried the burger and was impressed enough to want to go back again for the same burger!
Great customer service and when I asked about the cup I wanted without hesitation she delivered thank you !
Had a good experience at Jack in the Box. The food was fresh and tasty, the service was friendly, and everything was prepared quickly.

Jack in the Box is a fast food place with friendly staff who are always in good moods and try to make customers smile. They ensure customers leave with everything they need, including napkins. The location has a large parking lot, is wheelchair accessible, and welcomes children. Customers appreciate the great customer service, especially from employees who go out of their way to help, like one worker who even came to the speaker to clarify an order. However, some orders can be inconsistent, with a few customers receiving food that they couldn't eat or finding drinks like iced vanilla coffee to be gross. Despite this, many customers love the place and value the friendly atmosphere.
