Jack in the Box is a reliable late-night drive-thru option, with a fast-moving line and great customer service. Orders are often accurate and food is hot. The staff are consistently friendly, smiling, and greet customers warmly. Customers have praised the food for tasting freshly made, not microwaved, with fresh lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Special orders like extra cheese, extra tomatoes, or extra crispy fries are welcomed and easily accommodated. Many customers have enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the garden salad, the 3 chicken strips, the ultimate cheeseburger, and even the vanilla shake with boba. While there can be some inconsistencies in food quality at times, the restaurant generally serves tasty, fresh food, including great-tasting burgers. Overall, Jack in the Box is a welcoming and efficient fast-food choice that many consider their favorite in Houston.
