NiceStaff, Super Clean, after ALL that, these are the worst looking egg rolls I've EVER received. They look like they've been put back in the grease tp male them hot. I refuse to believe these are fresh. Ugh. I was so ready to give an A+ review, but they got me in the end.
This is my local Jack. I use to frequent often but been cooking more at home. Today I stopped by and received great service by Selena. She made sure to get my order accurate with my customizations. She even asked was the lite ice for my drink to my preference. I asked for a bit less ice and she remade the drink with no issue and still gave great service. I also got my receipt which a few months prior I rarely got the receipt. I’ll back soon to try the Philly cheesesteak....read full review
Hit and miss at this location. Sometimes the food is good, fresh and order is correct. Other times just the opposite with no apologies
