Needs to be CLEANED. Like, REALLY cleaned. It "looks" clean, but it's not. The employees need a refresher course on workplace conversations & customer service. While I was there a food delivery service came and came back to replace the food because it was not hot and fresh. The lady at the front counter complained about how much time had elapsed from the order being placed and being picked up. Instead of making it right. They did replace the meal. But it should have been done immediately. Not argued about it in front of customers.

This was one of my overnight stops so it wasn't busy at all. What actually made me decide to stop & eat at JNTB was because the app gave me a reward/offer for an amount of food for half the price I was originally going to pay. So I couldn't pass up 2 Jack Burgers for $5.00.Everything else was good. Was in and out less then 10 minutes. I'm sure eating at 3am had something to do with that. Food tasted great, & staff was more polite than what I normally deal with when I decide to eat fast food late at night.~Jlrandall~Parking: It has its own parking lot with enough spots to cover the number of seats in the restaurant. Also it's free to park!Kid-friendliness: Guess the fact they have a kids menu makes it friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: If you were in a wheelchair you could roll yourself from the parking lot to a table or counter inside the store!

The latina girl with braces named Valerie that was working the drive-thru at 3PM on 1/11/2024 is single-handedly ruining this location. She is terrible at her job and is a horror to have taking your order.I pulled up and started reciting my usual order and she interrupts me continuously causing me to forget to request no mustard, fine, my mistake.I pull up to the window, and tell her that I want no mustard, she repeats that back then walks away. Then there’s a 20 minute wait for my single combo order, and she brings back my food. I ask if she was able to ensure no mustard, I get ignored and assume she got it right, since she repeated it to me and all.Wrong, I get back to work and aside from my no mustard, she didn’t give me any napkins to at least wipe it off, and the ketchup I requested wasn’t in the bag either. A $15 meal gone to waste because someone didn’t want to do their job.
