I gave SERVICE 2 stars because of the bad service I received from the lady manager on duty that took my order. Her service was so bad that I verbally told her she needs to work on her people skills, she acts like customers are a bother to her, she was not helpful at all to my questions reference the items on the menu , overall just really terrible service so much so that I looked as they prepared my order to make sure nothing was done to my food.
It seems that the quality has gone down. I used to be a regular customer of JCI and hadn't been to one since before the before the pandemic. I am sad that the quality has fallen so far. I didn't mind paying so much before, but I am not sure if I will give it another chance. The service was good, just disappointed in the food.

I was starving the other day after fasting. So I stopped in for my monthly cheat meal and devoured 3 coneys and some chili cheese fries. I don’t know if this is the only good JCI remaining or if I was just really hungry, but it was delicious trash food
