The moment I stepped in Friendswood menchies I was immediately welcomed by the manager, Sam. The amazing smell of the frozen yogurt is nothing compared to the service of which Sam catered to me. I think about Sam’s service every day and compare it to every other store I visit. Every time I come in to this location the machines seem to be acting up. They only dispense runny froyo. They also never change the flavors! It’s always the same flavors and rarely they add one seasonal new flavor. The employees are very nice and welcoming but the store needs new management. Also, their floors are always sticky and gross. The pearland location is way better with more flavors too. I also recommend Sweet Frog froyo. This menchies has to step it up.
