Worst pizza we have ever had! I never write reviews but seriously, Chuck E. Cheese has better pizza! The sauce and crust is flavorless, the pizza is very bland! Their pizza was drooping and dripping with sauce causing everything to fall off before I could take a bite! My wife and I are upset we wasted calories eating pizza from here!

Food was great! Service was great! Entire staff was very friendly, and they checked on us quite often. They kept the dirty plates removed immediately. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Based on the reviews, Russo's New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen offers great pizza and great service. The staff and food have been great, and the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The cheese on the dine-in pizza is amazing, and takeout is convenient. Kids love the mega slice of pizza. The pizza always comes out nice and hot, and they make sure you never run out of bread. The Insalata Della Casa side salad and cup of Tortellini Brodo soup were delicious, and the bread and oil were tasty. However, some recent pizzas have been different. The crust used to have excellent flavor with a hand tossed texture, but now it seems tough and doughy, even when asked for extra crispy. One pizza was soft and cold with cold spots, and was overly priced. Another order of soup looked like vegs with dumplings separate, just added together with water.
