Huge shoutout to Jae at the Dickinson KFC! Every single time I come in, he delivers impeccably sincere, top-tier service. Employees like Jae are rare & hard to come by—he is friendly, efficient, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. To management: give this young man a raise! He is a massive asset to your store and the main reason y’all have anyone coming back. ⭐
Very clean!!! Great service
I see a lot of negative reviews listed here, but I don't really agree. KFC is a restaurant known for its chicken dishes. Staff and managers lead by example and communicate effectively to ensure a smooth operation. Customers can order a variety of chicken meals, including an 8-count, which can be customized with a specific number of thighs and legs. However, there have been instances where customization was not possible, and customers received a different combination of chicken parts than what they ordered. Despite this, the food is consistently delicious, and the service is efficient. Orders are prepared within 10 minutes, and staff bring the food to customers' tables. The manager is particularly professional and polite, contributing to a restaurant-like atmosphere. Overall, KFC offers a positive dining experience with tasty chicken meals and good service.
