“I hardly ever have a problem with this location (and my kids eat here frequently😳), so I’ll still recommend them, but tonight my son went through the drive thru and when he got home, the order was wrong. I called the only phone number I could find for them (the one on their website) and it’s disconnected. If they could update the website/app with the correct number that’d be great. ☺️“

“Always impeccable service at this location and my kids love the playground. It’s always spotless and my food is out within a minute or less. We spend mornings here before school and they’re always so polite and welcoming! Definitely one of my favorite fast food spots in the area.“

“Fulun and Steph I think were the only people running the place during the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl. When we walked in there was a rather long line and surprisingly didn’t wait that long given the circumstances. Both Steph and Fulun were jumping around, tackling the register, dishing up for customers, making and preparing food, answering phone calls and redirecting drive thru folks to come into the store all with a great fantastic composure. I’ve worked in restaurant environments before and understand how stressful it can be, especially when half the town is out looking for food to eat. I applaud both of them for working the way they did, they absolutely killed it.“

“I read some of the other reviews before leaving mine today. I believe many of the negative comments are unwarranted. This is my second visit to this establishment and I must say that I have been both impressed and happily surprised. The thing that surprised me the most was the professionalism and extraordinary care I received from Nicole the manager. I had an issue with my order that she could have easily dismissed as a customer being too picky. Instead, she went above and beyond to make things right. I was absolutely flabbergasted. I can’t ever remember a time when I was treated so well at a fast food establishment. Thank you very much Nicole. You are a diamond in the rough. We will definitely be back!“

“Whataburger in League City, Texas Gulf Frwy location staff is awesome and the food is delicious ..... The Store Manger Sam Rabat is the BEST !!! HE CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS AND THEIR EXPERIENCE AT HIS WHATABURGER LOCATION THAT'S FOR SURE !!! HE'S A REALLY NICE GUY AND HE DEFINITELY GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY OTHER WHATABURGER STORE MANAGER THAT I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND THAT'S EVERY LOCATION AROUND GALVESTON / HARRIS COUNTY AND THEN SOME .... “I am impressed!! This McDonald's is the busiest I have ever seen a McDonald's. Inside and outside.... And this staff is on top of it!!!!! And very polite, from an older lady cashier walking Bryce his food (from the register) to the kid helping me with ketchup and then again with sweetener for my tea!!! Next time you see this place this busy outside, just know they are running it quickly and smoothly.“

“Been coming here for awhile. The staff has always been friendly and good, but today Lilianna is a great example of customer service. I know its a simple food run, but when i asked for a recommendation, i could hear her excitement over the intercom. I knew it was gonna be a good experience. “Alex, Dakota, and Angel were fantastic. everyone at the night crew was super understanding when we walked in super late, and still made my fiances number 13, and offered me a free drink/chips instead of complaining. my hubby had a bad day, and all he wanted was this Sammich, so we are very thankful to you guys!!“

“Eric took my order. I told him to please make all my order in separate bags and he did. He was very, very pleasant and nice and professional. Brenda also was the cook and she was amazing and very sweet too! I definitely recommend this sonic!, Also I wanna add he should be a manager!. He seems like one and definitely got the attitude of one!“
