I drove by this place for years and never knew that I was missing out on ALOT . I was missing the down home Louisiana cooking and the friendliest of the staff .Including the owner . “The only place I want to stop and get El pastor tacos, these are the best tacos I've had from a little lunch spot in a really long time and I'm glad I found them!
Edit: 10/07/2026 I've been here now almost 10 time and man the quality is always top notch and I knowu tacos are going to taste just as good as the time before, I've brought my kids and wife here. They absolutely love the food and the customer service is beyond amazing! They always smile and say hello, such a great place to eat!“

“I received a fresh whopper with cheese from a young but professional staff. These youngsters take their job serious and make good food. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was nice. This is a very nice thing to witness especially since I stopped going to other fast food chains in Texas City for the exact opposite of how this restaurant is being run. Great Job...“

“I went to Whataburger today for lunch and was greeted with the most professional, courteous and friendly drive thru worker named Tisha. Her smile made me so happy to see her friendky face and the food came out hot and fresh today.

“Eric took my order. I told him to please make all my order in separate bags and he did. He was very, very pleasant and nice and professional. Brenda also was the cook and she was amazing and very sweet too! I definitely recommend this sonic!, Also I wanna add he should be a manager!. He seems like one and definitely got the attitude of one!“
