Sonic Drive-In receives generally positive reviews for its food and service. The burgers are described as excellent, juicy, and super good. Specific items praised include the cheese chili fries, onion rings, and properly cooked chicken nuggets and chicken wraps. Many customers report they will keep coming back, citing the great location and typically polite, friendly, and excellent service from employees and management. Some minor criticisms include an occasionally long wait at the drive-through, a lobby that can be uncomfortably cold, and rare instances where staff made a customer feel uncomfortable. Overall, it is considered a welcome addition to the town with fresh food.
