“We stopped in for the frosties. But when we entered the store, we could feel that the AC was not working. We did get our frosties and they were quite tasty and the service was fantastic. Employees were upbeat. When we asked how long the AC had been out, we were told that it'd been out about 2 weeks and the employees weren't sure when it would be fixed. This is a franchise. I hope someone in upper management or the franchise owner reads this. It is unconscionable that the employees have to work in this heat. There was one portable AC unit plugged in the far side of the dining room. For all the good it was doing, they should have just put it outside.“

I drove by this place for years and never knew that I was missing out on ALOT . I was missing the down home Louisiana cooking and the friendliest of the staff .Including the owner . “Way more than an ordinary burger joint! A couple of buddies and I had lunch here Thursday after also dining here a couple of weeks ago. This place has it figured out. I’ve had the Magic Shroom and the Buffalo Bill (both made with bison), and one of my buddies had his burger made as a bowl (they’ll do that for any of their burgers). As odd as it sounds, it looked delicious (and was according to Mick)! An entire burger without the bun! They offer several different high-quality meats including Waygu and bison. Share an order of their truffel fries - over the top fantastic! Excellent atmosphere, excellent preparation and presentation of their burgers and sides, and all their ingredients are fresh. And the people - they really seemed genuinely concerned about our comfort and enjoyment of our experience there. They checked on us at least 2-3 times after we got our order to make sure all was well. This is definitely going on our regular list. Be adventurous and give it a try!“

“The food was delicious, especially the Dubai chocolate pancakes! Kaleen was very sweet and attentive. We did not have to wait or ask for anything! The only complaint I have is that one of the sinks in the women’s restroom was not working and the towel dispenser was not working too well either. I’m not sure if management changed but they used to be on top of cleaning and restocking things. Either way, it was a great Saturday breakfast outing with my kids!“

Cleanliness could be picked up a notch, however. The front door, kitchen door, and pictures around the dining room had finger smears and a greasy appearance like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Our table felt a bit sticky with some black residue/buildup behind the paper towel roll and the window sill needed a good wipe down.
This is the only Fuddruckers still open anywhere close to where we live and I hope they can step up on the cleanliness so it stays in business for many more years.“

“Went here in a jam that I need to eat a good amount of protein. I got the double meat hamburger protein and animal style. It was very good and it hit the spot my body was craving. I would recommend trying this out if you want something good and filling. The staff was very nice and it is a big change from other fast food places.“

“We live in Austin, but every time we visit Bacliff we go to Noah's ark even 3 times a day during our weekend, their breakfast is very good, but what I love the most is their seafood menu. The grill oysters are amazing, the tuna tostada, and fish plates are our favorites. Second floor I believe is the smokers area, so we always eat in the first floor, or outside it's awesome as well. The workers are very nice as well.“

“Slightly better than the standard chain burgers stores especially since the buns were a bit too sugary tasting and the single patties are way to thin as was the old cheese and much to "pricey" over $ 107.00 for a family of four. On the positive side, the fries were fresh and plentiful. What we learned Whataburger or Miller's Cafe would have been a waaaaay better for the money and food@ 1/3 the price.“
