The staff were super friendly when I came in during my lunch break, and even personally handed me my meal instead of calling my name out. They were sweet and professional, even though I was so tired.

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers serves good fried chicken and the chicken is always hot and fresh. The Cane's sauce and the bread are also great. However, the chicken strips are quite puny for this to be their main thing. The food is always great and there has never been a bad meal. But the timing is horrible; the drive through takes forever, and once in line, it is impossible to get out. The restaurant can be extremely cold, which ruins the meal. For delivery orders, they do not make drinks; they hand customers cups and tell them to make the drinks.
