Went up to the drive through, a man said “come to the window” so I went to the window and not a soul in sight. Waited over 5 minutes. Finally I honked my horn and STILL NO ONE!!!
Was told to pull up to the window to order from the drive thru and waited 10-15 minutes without anyone coming to the window. Finally just left.
Placed a mobile order that said would be ready around 6:05. Got there at 6. Checked in. It’s dinner time so they were a little busy. Around 6:15 I was kind of like okay where is my food? By 6:20, my food came out and it wasn’t hot. Wasn’t even warm. I don’t mind waiting for food but I figured it was because they were dropping new stuff in. My pretzel tasted so stale that it was almost crumbling apart but also hard as rocks at the same time. Decided to ask...read full review

Sonic Drive-In offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with staff that are always smiling and attentive. The restaurant has a kids' menu and plenty of parking. Orders are made to order and hot, with a great drink selection. Despite some issues with traffic and staffing, the employees are forthcoming and accommodating, especially with dietary restrictions.
