Unbelievable good customer service!
Placed a mobile order that said would be ready around 6:05. Got there at 6. Checked in. It’s dinner time so they were a little busy. Around 6:15 I was kind of like okay where is my food? By 6:20, my food came out and it wasn’t hot. Wasn’t even warm. I don’t mind waiting for food but I figured it was because they were dropping new stuff in. Can’t really say much great about this location - both times I visited the drive through system was down and lead to over 45 minutes each time to get food (which was preordered through the app anyways). I feel like the staff was trying but that’s ridiculous for fast food and the fact that it happened for separate occasions makes me feel like management just doesn’t care to fix the issues

Sonic Drive-In offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with staff that are always smiling and attentive. The restaurant has a kids' menu and plenty of parking. Orders are made to order and hot, with a great drink selection. Despite some issues with traffic and staffing, the employees are forthcoming and accommodating, especially with dietary restrictions.
