The order was on point but a bit slow, having said that, the employee hopping was very forthcoming with status of my order. Each time she comes out with something she spoke to me so I'm not mad. “I am new to the area and have been visiting this location frequently . They give pup cups to dogs. I never heard of this before, it's wonderful. During evening hours, the asst mgr Chase, is who has taken care of our ice cream& drink orders makes them perfect.. . I listened to him as he trained a new employee. he was very thorough,hands on and patient. He also was very friendly to us every time we ordered and came to window to pay for & pick up food , helped me understand the differences of something I struggled ordering for my friends. just gives off a good energy with wonderful customer service. I also have had good experiences during daytime hours with another male employee,I think he too is MGMT, I'm not sure if his name, he is the one who introduced me to the pup cups! He is nice too. “It was hot day on the island it was like being on a race track with no wind. I ate not one dessert but two. It was so refreshing and perfect for an afternoon snack . The staff were warm and welcoming. It was like when I was younger and we would go and have a blizzard with the kids. I will be back the next time I am in Galveston.“
“I gave Hurricane Cowboy a 4 because it was not true shaved ice…it was quite hard and came off in chunks and wasn’t able to spoon it out like typical shaved ice. Shaved ice is supposed to be soft and you can scoop it up easily with a spoon. I lost big chunks when trying to eat it.As far as the taste - it was fabulous! I ordered the Hurricane In the largest size. It was a little over $7.50 for it.The service was ok“
“This place is super cute. I am a small business consultant so I meet with clients wherever they want to go. One of my QuickBooks clients asked to meet here and it was by far one of the nicest conference places I've seen at a coffee stop. I've been in SO MANY coffee shops, so that's saying something! The coffee is good quality (I only drink coffee - BORING - but I can actually taste the coffee which can be awful with nothing to cover up the taste) and the little barista said brewed coffee refills are .50 CENTS! The only complaint is the benches are not kind to the body if you intend to stay a while. All in all a very chic place. I'll be back, it's now in the rolodex.“
“I really really like this place. Went for my first time today. Had seen it for a while, but today was the day to try it out. It's a Mexican style popsicle and snack place. They have a vast selection of homemade popsicle flavors. My fav color is green, so I gravitate towards fancy looking green colors. I tried an avocado popsicle. If your not initiated in Mexican snack culture, you'll probably think a avocado popsicle sounds strange. But trust me...it tastes amazing. A sweet avocado popsicle. You must try it. But they have so many other flavors also. My wifey had a rompope con pasa (egg nog with raisins), covered in chocolate. I tasted it. Was also very good. But I can't get over how good the avocado popsicle is. These are big wide substantial popsicles mind you. Not a small flimsy thing. Very good stuff and worth the price. They also have several other snacks and a huge ice cream selection. The staff was very friendly as well. I'm going to have to become a regular at this place.“
“I was recently at the Texas City location and WOW! Jai was PHENOMENAL.She allowed my kids to taste the ice cream before we purchased it to be sure they would like it. She had great customer service, a positive attitude and a radiating smile. She even joked around with my son. The bathroom was clean,which is a plus on my book. My kids really enjoyed their visit and we definitely will be returning soon. I can't wait to try a new flavor.“
“My son and I took my two grandsons to this Baskin Robbins for treats Sunday. The service was wonderful and the people were very kind. I tried to tip the one young lady but she said they were not allowed to accept tips. That is the first time I’ve ever heard anyone tell me that. I will definitely be back.
