“Staff was super friendly and smiles. The location is a pain to exit as you have to deal with Walmart traffic. The order was on point but a bit slow, having said that, the employee hopping was very forthcoming with status of my order. Each time she comes out with something she spoke to me so I'm not mad. “It was hot day on the island it was like being on a race track with no wind. I ate not one dessert but two. It was so refreshing and perfect for an afternoon snack . “I come here on average of 5 days a week, and I LOVE it here. The staff is always friendly and hardworking. I was just there today, and they were busy. I was so happy to see so many people in there (it was only 8 people in there + me), but it felt nice to know they were getting business. The three people I saw tonight did their job man. I really hope they get payed well. If you have never been here before and need a recommendation of which ice cream to get; Blue cotton candy with rainbow sprinkles is the best ice cream + topping combo I’ve ever had. I HIGHLY recommend you get that. Keep up the good work Marble Slab!❤️“

“the toppings were very much lacking and disorganized even though the place was empty and the employee was just standing behind the register since we walked in. one of the soft serve machines was not working and dripping/leaking. i pointed it out and she just said "yeah, you shouldn't use that one" the ice cream we got wasn't bad. the prices were reasonable. but the tidyness, and cleanliness and upkeep leave a lot to be desired-------edit- hey there, thanks for your reply. the boba (the little squishy mango balls ? ) were like 99% empty except for a random stragler here and there, the surrounding toppings were also in disaray and the cheesecake bite bits only had enough toppings for one of the 3 people in our party to use any at all, and no mandarins or berries (except maybe blue berries?) . i appreciate your response though, we were there maaaybe 3 weeks ago on a satruday, it was one of the really hot days of summer before the hurricane warning .the staff person, there were 2 i believe was a young female at the register who saw super nice, and the person going back and forth appeared to be restocking or stocking the frozen treats you sell, like cakes.thanks for your responsiveness! you get a star for that !“
