Church's Texas Chicken is a reliable choice for quality chicken at a fair price, according to the reviews. The restaurant is known for its consistently large and crispy chicken portions, which are often preferable to other chicken chains.
While the service can be inconsistent, with some customers experiencing delays in receiving their orders, especially during busy times, the staff is generally helpful and accommodating. The restaurant also caters well to those with dietary restrictions, being less triggering for issues like reflux and gluten sensitivity compared to similar chains.
Overall, Church's Texas Chicken provides a satisfactory dining experience, with good food quality and reasonable prices, making it a suitable option for a quick meal. The reviews suggest it is a reliable choice for those seeking a dependable chicken restaurant.
