I wish I could say 'it might have been a fluke?' but it's not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location.My order was placed online for "curbside pickup". It was one pizza & one of the bread appetizers.?When I got there, there was No where to "check-in" on an email, or website or the Pizza Hut app. During all this searching for a check-in link, I never saw even one person go inside, or come out, or pass by to indicate there was anyone there. We LOVE Pizza Hut! When we have ordered personally, the food is always amazing and arrives very quickly when delivered.We also place large orders with them for our church and they always have our order ready on time.We are so appreciative of the helpful staff and their willingness to provide quality customer service!

Ordered the big dinner box, and got two small extra crust pizzas. The man at the counter stated that they were out of the square dough to make the pizzas I ordered.I find it very hard to believe that the person making the orders for stock would neglect to consider what the business needs for their customers.Very disappointed in management here.
