I was having a really bad day and the ladies who helped me, I didn’t even get their names were so incredibly kind and genuinely helped lift my spirits. They probably don’t even realize how much their kindness meant to me, but it truly helped turn my day around.

“I did a mobile order and there seemed to be a fault in their system, but the two employees that were there both Pablo and zeyri were more than helpful and willing to find a solution! I was very impressed being that they were both minors with no present manager on duty. This did pose as a safety hazard & made me concerned for their wellbeing as this location does close at 10PM. I think this location needs better management but the kids there are doing great!“

“Outstanding service. I put in for a very large order for an office, I was treated like a celebrity. Got all the help i needed to load my car, opened doors for me, etc.

....And then I dropped the ball and forgot to take box full of chips, didn't even know it until I got a text from, who I assume was the manager. I forfeited the chips due to timing and distance, she insisted on delivering the chips for me and she did just that. Right on time for the break out meetings we were having. My out-most respect for this operation here. I highly recommend you catering done here. They will take care of you better than any other business.“

“Drove thru, confusion on ordering, so I came inside. Attitude will hurt a business.No one there but me. I told her I chose to come inside because of the confusion on what I was ordering. I apologized that I never have ordered in their drive thru before. She and the other lady were not friendly at all. Not a smile insight. I order there many times, take out, and dine in. She started my sandwich, and I realized she was doing a foot long. I told her I wanted a 6" not a foot long. She had already put the chicken on. I apologized. She never asked me what size once. Attitude from both women came on thru looks and tone. I don't expect them to be there long. I apologized several times. It went unexcepted. Maybe a language barrier, not sure.I will still go there, if either of them are working I will go to another location. There's no need to ever be rude. Employee nor patron. I am 71 and not a rude person. Maybe they both were having a bad day. I was having a great day and finishing it off with a great sandwich!“

“Today we stopped in about 11:30 am after our walk and they had a whole soccer team and Andres was the only worker there and he kept his cool a served everybody effectively . He was fast, nice and because of him I’ll find my way back to this subway!! He deserves a raise for sure!!“

My husband was a general area maintenance for several subways in the rgv and has not met a hard working subway worker in so long especially so young!
