“Thanks for making my order even thou I scheduled it for a hour ahead 🙃. Forgot what time it was and send order for pick up at 11:45 instead of 10:45. Very nice ppl and good communication on helping me. I was already going to cancel but they told me to give them a few min to make my order. Within 10 min I was in and out. “Great service from this jersey mikes franchise. I’ll come after work maybe 2x a week and staff is usually all chill. Some people judge bc the staff is young, but they all do good work here every time I come by. Each sandwich will run you about $11-18 depending the size. I highly recommend getting the rosemary Parmesan bread!!“

“I went into this store Tuesday September 30th at around 5:45-6:00. I had been having a very rough no win kinda day. They young man that helped me that day was so freakin sweet. The store was immaculate the metal and glass in that store was gleaming. I wish I had gotten his name, he was so freakin sweet and just made my evening so much better with his uplifting attitude. I hope this review finds him and he know how appreciative I was to him. Man I love me some subway. Thank you for being a clean store with uplifting employees.“

“Outstanding service. I put in for a very large order for an office, I was treated like a celebrity. Got all the help i needed to load my car, opened doors for me, etc.
....And then I dropped the ball and forgot to take box full of chips, didn't even know it until I got a text from, who I assume was the manager. I forfeited the chips due to timing and distance, she insisted on delivering the chips for me and she did just that. Right on time for the break out meetings we were having. My out-most respect for this operation here. I highly recommend you catering done here. They will take care of you better than any other business.“

“Josh did an awesome job best working I’ve seen at a subway in years! My husband was a general area maintenance for several subways in the rgv and has not met a hard working subway worker in so long especially so young! He is very polite treats all customers with respect and very precisely makes each sandwich with great time! The sandwiches were perfectly to our liking! “Drove thru, confusion on ordering, so I came inside. Attitude will hurt a business.No one there but me. I told her I chose to come inside because of the confusion on what I was ordering. I apologized that I never have ordered in their drive thru before. She and the other lady were not friendly at all. Not a smile insight. I order there many times, take out, and dine in. She started my sandwich, and I realized she was doing a foot long. I told her I wanted a 6" not a foot long. She had already put the chicken on. I apologized. She never asked me what size once. Attitude from both women came on thru looks and tone. I don't expect them to be there long. I apologized several times. It went unexcepted. Maybe a language barrier, not sure.I will still go there, if either of them are working I will go to another location. There's no need to ever be rude. Employee nor patron. I am 71 and not a rude person. Maybe they both were having a bad day. I was having a great day and finishing it off with a great sandwich!“
