OK so I was at the subway at at South Post Oak and Ridge Creek. The service was bad. The young lady that served me was very nice but the guy that was there act like he was spaced out. Didn’t know what was going on.
Came in tried one of their new sandwiches from the Subway Series and it was great ! Loved the service specially one lady working by herself and numerous people started to come in ! She was patient, courteous, and the smile never left her face, also she made it a point to wash her hands and grab a new pair of gloves after each customer. I made sure to let her know she was doing a great job ?? will definitely be back. Her name is Miriam

I did a mobile order and there seemed to be a fault in their system, but the two employees that were there both Pablo and zeyri were more than helpful and willing to find a solution! I was very impressed being that they were both minors with no present manager on duty. This did pose as a safety hazard & made me concerned for their wellbeing as this location does close at 10PM. I think this location needs better management but the kids there are doing great!
