Subway is a restaurant known for its friendly staff, with one reviewer praising Miss Karen for making their sandwich perfectly. However, some inconsistencies have been noted, such as late opening staff and issues with food preparation. Additionally, the toaster has been reported to not work well, and some menu items, like the pretzels, have been inconsistent in terms of quality.
