Visiting from out of town. Came in on a Saturday. This is by far the busiest Schlotzsky's we have ever been in. With that being said our large order was out quickly and everything was correct as ordered. Everyone was nice and place was clean. Highly impressed.
I really like this location because the owners take an active role in the day to day operation.For example shortly after we were served the owner came to our table to ensure the order was correct. It was, but it was nice to know someone was checking.My only issue is with the higher than normal cost, but cost seems to be going up all over.

Service was good. Food quality has kinda gone downhill over the years but it's still a decent sandwich. Just not the wow this bread is outstanding feeling I used to go here for.
