Customer inside yelling and cussing at an employee who was just trying to help her. She lied to another employee about what he did and was name calling him. I understand she was upset over how long her food was taking but the store was having computer issues. NOT HIS FAULT.
This restaurant has a wait time of no less than 40 minutes. Twice that I've ordered from there part of my order was given to another customer. I know this because on the receipt it says remake.
Didn't answer the phone twice and hung up on me the third time

Based on multiple reviews, Little Caesars Pizza is a favorite for kids and known for great flavor. The location is great with awesome customer service, and the staff, including employees like Zach and T, are amazing and work hard. However, the store is always packed, and the wait is not always the best because they are super busy. The pizza is not always hot and ready, and one order took 15 minutes for a $6 lunch, with the cheese and crust not completely done and very greasy. A manager handled a situation with amazing customer service after running out of Italian Sausage. For weekend orders, ordering with the app a couple hours in advance is recommended in case they are low on staff.
