Hot n'Ready wasn't and after 15 min, I inquired about my order, I find it had been sitting there for at least 5 minutes. And after all that, it was burnt. Should have gone to one of the other places nearby.

However, the store is always packed, and the wait is not always the best because they are super busy. The pizza is not always hot and ready, and one order took 15 minutes for a $6 lunch, with the cheese and crust not completely done and very greasy. A manager handled a situation with amazing customer service after running out of Italian Sausage. For weekend orders, ordering with the app a couple hours in advance is recommended in case they are low on staff.
